Where does the time go? It seems like just the other day Stephanie contacted me from Calgary to start planning their wedding back here in Orono but it was almost two years ago! I finally had a chance to join them for their wedding day last weekend and it turned out to be a great time with a small group of their family and friends.

I love to photograph weddings! This past Saturday I had the chance to capture the wedding of Angela and Christian where they were married in Whitby at the Holy Family Catholic Church. So many great emotions, one especially of Angela coming down the aisle as you can see below. Christian and the guys were fairly relaxed all day and together with the bridal party put on a great dance for the rest of the family and friends at the Holiday Gardens in Pickering.

This past weekend I had a another opportunity to enjoy the day at the Windermere House in Muskoka, capturing the wedding of Helen and Jeff. On the drive up there were sun showers here and there but I kept thinking that it would pass and Helen and Jeff would have a great day regardless, and of course they did. The weather turned out to be great and all of their family friends enjoyed a great day, embracing the cottage life.

Helen and Jeff also take the prize for the best grand entrance to a reception I’ve ever seen! Even though I knew beforehand, I didn’t expect such a great performance with their tribute to Dirty Dancing.

As usual the staff at the Windermere House were amazing and thanks again to Helen and Jeff for having me there. I had a great time and I wish you guys all the best! Please enjoy a few images from the day, and the slideshow will be up soon.

Last Sunday I had the chance to capture the wedding of Rebecca and Ivan at the Centennial Building in Whitby. At times it felt like the temperature hit 40 plus but not once did I hear either of them complain, but that’s just how they are. After seeing them together at their engagement session and again on the wedding day just reminded me of much of a perfect match they are for each other.

This past weekend was a crazy one with weddings on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I had a fantastic time with Sarah, Conor and all of their friends and family. With Conor’s job taking him all over the world, we didn’t have a chance to have an engagement session but both Sarah and Conor were so laid back and relaxed on the day, it made for a great time and great images.

The wedding took place at the Credit Valley Golf and Country Club in Mississauga and Teresa and her staff ensured that the day ran smoothly which was a huge help.
