It’s such an amazing experience to see a newborn baby and it was really special for me last weekend when I had the chance to visit with Marta and Todd, and their new baby boy. I photographed their amazing wedding in the summer of 2008 and it’s so cool to see them now as their family grows.

Here a few of my favourite images from a recent newborn session with Mat, Stephanie and their little baby boy. I love capturing these images and I’m still amazed at the size newborns. I’m sure all parents and especially new ones will agree that seeing these images in the coming years will be one of those moments in life when you have to sit down and shake your head because you won’t believe how much they’ve grown.

Congrats to Cheri and Dave on the birth of their baby boy. Here are a few portraits I took over the weekend. He’ so cute and was a champ through out the whole thing as he didn’t even make a sound. Of course I couldn’t resist and had to get one of his cute little sister too!

I had the chance recently to visit with our friends Cheri and Dave who are expecting their second baby any day now. It seems like just yesterday we were in the same position and it’s definitely a nervous and exciting time for them. I’m really looking forward to seeing the baby and wish you guys all the best.

Here a few quick portraits of the family I took last week of Trish, Justin and their little boy Cameron. With little ones it can be tough to get them to relax in front of the camera but he came into his own and we got some real expressions. We also had a chance to get outside and let him run around and have fun which is what toddlers do best.
